2019 NFL Season Preview

You know what time it is. Summer coming to a close, temperature dropping, leaves changing, school back in session. Going from relaxing at the beach to writing case studies can be a drag, but there’s always something to look forward to at the beginning of the season.

It’s football time.

With the National Football League about to celebrate it’s centennial year and so many storylines ALREADY circulating this is shaping up to be a season for the ages. Not only that, but you’ll have myself covering it the whole way for you. Who’s pumped?

This piece is going to give you guys my entire preview for the upcoming NFL season, which includes standings projections, playoff seeding, playoff predictions and my picks for the award winners. Keep in mind these are all based simply on my opinion from following this sport religiously over the years, but if any of you want to duke it out over something egregious you see, come find me and we can settle it.

(In all seriousness, any input or suggestions in the comments would be greatly appreciated. I’m all for friendly interaction.)

Throughout the entire NFL season, you guys will be getting a weekly picks column where I will be choosing games against the spread and keeping track of my accuracy (god help me). After Monday Night Football every week, I will also be recapping some of the biggest storylines from the weekend and giving my ATS pick for the Thursday Night Football game.

Will the Pats win another Lombardi trophy? Can Patrick Mahomes recreate his magic from last season? Is Daniel Jones actually just a clone of prime Eli Manning? These are just a few of the many questions that people will have answered in short time. I am beyond stoked for the season ladies and gents. It’s gonna be a blast. Now without any further ado, it is time to unleash the beast:
