Latest News on College Admissions Scandal

Who is the mystery parent that allegedly spent $6.5 million to get their child into an elite school? Along with Lori Loughlin and Felicia Huffman, the mystery still remains. This college scandal has been said to be the largest scam in college admissions ever. Who helped these wealthy parents with this wicked scheme?

The name is William Singer, as reported by Char Adams of People.com. Singer was bribed anywhere between 100K and 6.5 million by desperate parents. Singer either helped the accused by their children’s admissions or cheat on the SAT or ACT. The colleges that were a part of this act were the University of Southern California, Yale, Georgetown, and Stanford. SUNY Cortland would have been a much better option in my opinion.

Just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, the athletic departments were in on it too! Taking bribes for putting these kids on sports teams in which they’ve never played before, talk about a long year of sitting the bench. I think that is the only way they could hide the fact that they have NEVER played that sport before.

Another coincidence hitting the headlines during all of this is Dr. Dre speaking out about how his daughter got into USC all on her own. But Dr. Dre, did you forget about your $70 million donation that you made six years prior to her acceptance?

The question still remains, who is the mystery parent? Was it Madonna, whose son is now 18 years of age? Or maybe it was the Jolie-Pitt family, who has a couple of teens themselves? There are too many celebs that have kids as teens now, so I can’t imagine it being easy to accuse them all. The U.S attorney’s office in Boston is doing a good job at keeping this mystery locked. So, we will just have to patiently wait to find out.

Who do you think the mystery parent is?
